We are Indiana’s largest non-profit provider of services for veterans. Our mission is to provide housing and reintegration services to veterans experiencing or at-risk for homelessness.

How we fight homelessness

We operate 13 distinct housing properties across Indianapolis.

We have employment specialists who help veterans hold employment.

Clothing, hygiene products, and food items are stocked all year

Every day, workers go into the community to help those in need.

HVAF’s pantry is available to any veteran in need of emergency food. Donors can contribute clothing, non-perishable food items, and hygiene products to the pantry, and volunteers are always needed to keep the pantry sorted and stocked all year long.
