Timing is everything. Around the same time the North Tower reopened, Kenny found himself without stable housing for the first time in his life. His path back to stability began when HVAF's dedicated Street Outreach Coordinator, Rodney, found him living in his car. That very same day, Kenny became the FIRST tenant to move into the newly renovated North Tower of Manchester Apartments.![]()
